
Joanne Mowat, President of The Herridge Group Inc., has over seventeen
years of experience in the design, development, delivery and management
of competency-based training and performance for the financial, retail,
transportation and information technology markets. She is also experienced in the identification, analysis and
application of competencies to job definition, organizational structure
development and compensation.

Joanne holds a masters degree in instructional technology and a doctorate
in the instructional design of on-line learning.
